Livraria Lello - BLOCKOUT

This is a UE4 environment scene based on a real world location, the Lello Bookstore (Livraria) in Porto, Portugal. This as a Work In Progress in case anyone is interested in following along as it develops.
The scene is built with modular pieces on the grid in the spirit of a game environment kit. So while I’m basing it on the real bookstore, it will be possible to design other different space configurations later.
Images below are the final stages of my BLOCKOUT MESH phase. I think a handful high res (unoptimized) pieces may have snuck in there. This is simply geometry for shape and placement. UVs are automatic and various lightmap errors will not be fixed on this geo. I’ve no proper dimensions for anything so all of this eyeballed from google and pinterest boards.
Currently going through and creating hi res, normal maps, proper UVs, laying foundation textures (local colors mainly) and “base coat” lighting.
